Every injury and person is unique. During your initial evaluation, we’ll dive deep into your movement patterns and goals, then develop a realistic, personalized timeline within my progressive program. Many clients notice improvements in just a few weeks, with sustained recovery and strength typically developing over a 3–6 month period.
-
Unlike one-size-fits-all care, my method integrates chiropractic adjustments, detailed movement analysis, and a strength coaching framework designed to fix the root cause — not just the symptoms. This whole-systems approach equips you with the tools, knowledge, and physical resilience to maintain your gains long term.

No — you don’t need a referral to see me at Resilience Chiropractic & Rehab in Sioux Falls. As a Doctor of Chiropractic I can evaluate and begin treatment right away. I offer a free discovery visit so I can start addressing your pain sooner rather than later. If you have a primary care provider or specialist, I’m happy to coordinate care with them — but you can schedule that first visit without waiting for paperwork.
-
Absolutely. Many people I work with have tried other therapies for years with limited success. My approach digs into movement patterns, muscle imbalance, and strength deficits — the root causes that often get missed. We’ll use an initial assessment to see whether my progressive program or a targeted short course of care is the best fit. If my approach isn’t the right match, I’ll tell you honestly and help you find the right next step.

A wide range — from high school and recreational athletes to weekend warriors, endurance runners, triathletes, and adults who feel stuck between “rehab” and returning to normal lifting or sport. I specialize in helping people who want to get stronger, move better, and prevent recurring injuries — especially those who need an evidence-based strength pathway (think simplified strength + mobility) alongside hands-on care.

Many headaches are cervicogenic (originating from the neck). Look for signs like: pain that starts in the neck or base of the skull and moves forward, headaches that worsen with certain neck positions, stiffness or tension in the upper shoulders and neck, or headaches that follow long periods of desk work or screen time. During your free discovery visit I’ll screen your neck and movement patterns, and if your headaches are cervicogenic we’ll build a plan of manual therapy + targeted strengthening and ergonomic strategies to reduce their frequency and intensity.
-
Yes. I regularly help people with workplace-related pain — neck strain from computer work, low back pain from prolonged sitting, repetitive strain, and more. I’ll assess your workspace, give practical ergonomic recommendations, and prescribe corrective exercises you can do at your desk or home. If needed I can coordinate with your employer or occupational health team and provide documentation for workers’ comp or return-to-work plans.
