Get to Know Me

My approach to care is deeply personal. After years of overexercising, struggling with nutrition, and battling through rehab, I learned the hard way how every system in the body—gut, brain, muscles, and more—is connected. Those struggles shaped my mission: to help others heal, find balance, and achieve lasting wellness through a whole-systems approach.

My commitment to advanced education at Logan University has shaped my ability to provide the highest quality care, particularly for those navigating unique health challenges. I’ve completed extensive training in chiropractic manipulation, rehabilitative exercise, manual therapy, physical therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, viscerosomatic processes, and musculoskeletal diagnosis. This expertise allows me to take a comprehensive, results-driven approach—going beyond pain relief to support long-term strength, resilience, and optimal movement at every stage of life.

At Logan University, I took on leadership roles as President of Sports Clubs, running club leader, and student representative for the Motion Palpation Institute and Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance, while actively engaging in Rehab2Performance. These experiences deepened my understanding of movement, rehab, and individualized care.

Before opening Resilience Chiropractic & Rehab, I had the privilege of learning from some of the most respected doctors in the country. These experiences sharpened my clinical skills and reinforced her commitment to delivering top-tier, patient-centered care in Sioux Falls.

I founded Resilience Chiropractic & Rehab with a clear mission: to help people lead strong, pain-free lives. Having witnessed the consequences of misdiagnosis and ineffective care, I’m dedicated to treating the whole person—not just symptoms—through a strategic, comprehensive approach tailored to each individual’s needs.

"More Than the Miles"

This phrase isn’t just a tattoo—it’s a tribute.

What started as daily walks with my mom during COVID turned into something so much bigger. Step by step, those miles became more than just movement. They became space for healing, growth, laughter, tears, and some of the hardest and most honest conversations I’ve ever had.

Those walks changed our relationship. They shaped who I became. Even now, miles apart, we continue our routine—different routes, same connection. Every walk, every run, every quiet moment between breaths reminds me of the deeper value behind each step.

In my office, I have a canvas displaying every route I’ve ever run—a map of memories, milestones, and moments of transformation. It’s a daily reminder that each mile holds meaning beyond the physical.

"More Than the Miles" is a reminder that movement can transform not just your body, but your relationships, your mindset, your life. It's a nod to my greatest role model—my mom—and the power of simply showing up, one step at a time.

Proudly serving the community of strategy-focused achievers in the Sioux Falls, SD area. I stand by my slogan when it comes identifying which synergistic approach best suits you:
